A man in Rancho Cucamonga California has been charged with animal cruelty as a result of setting the famly dog on fire during an argument! The poor female Collie at the heart of this story has suffered "wide spread" second degree burns from neck to tail. The dog will survive according to the report. The man will be charged with a felony.
