Tim Allen's "The Shaggy Dog" isn't a big hit with the folks who have seen it and have given their reviews on the Internet Movie Database. They've given the canine comedy only a 2.1 rating out of a possible 10! Ay Chiuahua! Not good. I haven't seen it yet but their rating doesn't mean that you won't like it. When it comes to movies, tv shows, and food, everyone has strong opinons.
